Sheet Materials Cutting

Laser cutting on CNC presses. Laser cutting tolerances are within +/- 0.10 mm, while lasers work on a wide scope of materials as: carbon steel, acid resistant steel and aluminium steel.

We carry out orders placed by our Clients with the following BYSTRONIC machines purposed for cutting and bending of flat sheet:


BYSPRINT 3015 laser cutting machine– 2 items
  • Resonator power 3000 W
  • Sheet maximum size 3000 x 1500 mm
  • Sheet maximum thickness:
    • 12 mm for black steel
    • 10 mm for stainless steel
    • 5 mm for aluminium
BYSTAR 4025 laser cutter 
  • Resonator power 4000 W
  • Sheet maximum size 4000 x 1500 mm
  • Sheet maximum thickness:
    • 20 mm for black steel (above 12 mm for only RAEX LASER or DOMEX sheet)
    • 12 mm for stainless steel
    • 5 mm for aluminium
Bending with CNC press brake

ECOPRESS 225 press brake:
  • Maximum pressure 220 T
  • Maximum length of bent edge 3000 mm
  • Maximum thickness of bent sheet 6 mm
APHS 4112 x 300 press brake
  • Maximum pressure 300 T
  • Maximum length of bent edge 4000 mm
  • Maximum thickness of bent sheet 6 mm (max 3 mm thick at length of 4000 mm)

Besides we also offer flame cutting services of thick sheet materials with an oxy-acetylene blowpipe. This device equipped with optical control feature with the following specification:
  • Cutting accuracy +/- 1 mm
  • Sheet thickness up to 200 mm
  • Table size 4000 x 1500 mm
We also possess a modern welding shop equipped with semi-automated welding machines, where welding of stainless steel, acid resistant steel and aluminium follows.

We also offer other stream –abrasive cleaning services including shot blasting of sheet materials and structures from black steel, as well as sand blasting of sheet materials, and acid resistant steel structures and machines with ceramic material.
